ND-100/CX Serial number 102-3112 came from Luleå in late August 2018. It was housed by the computer club Ludd at Luleå technical university for a number of years. It is the property of Ragge but sits in my collection for now.

Current status

The system looks complete and is obvious rebuilt since it was first delivered. An unusual detail is that it has two floppy drives, one 5.25" and one 8". There have been a lot of memory added to the system, there are five cards, two 2 Mbyte and three 1 Mbyte cards for a total of 7 Mbytes, quite a lot in it's day. There are two 72 MByte hard drives as well as an Ethernet II card and an 8 port terminal interface card. It also looks like the backup battery pack is still there.

As for damages, the power on key switch has been damaged so it has to be replaced. The front panel has also been cracked at the bottom, but I think the piece broken off is still there. I haven't checked if it fits though.

Missing or broken parts :
* Broken key switch
* A wheel is broken.

It might look at the pictures like the side panels are missing, but I had just removed them during transport to get something I could grip without breaking it.

Plans

This system is perfect for reading various media. It has support for the two floppy drives used in ND computers. It also has a tape streamer and dual disks. There might exist a program for simple file transfer over Ethernet and if that doesn't work the disks combined with the tape streamer creates a simple way to collect several floppy images locally and then move it over to a linux machine with a SCSI streamer connected.

If I can find it I think I have the back plate for the serial ports and I'll add it.
