@SET-PERMANENT-OPENED <file no.>

Open a file so that it is not closed by @CLOSE -1 or the corresponding monitor call.

<file no.>
(octal) file number from @OPEN-FILE or @CONNECT-FILE.

Rules:

  1. Permitted for all users.
  2. The file must be opened.
  3. The file is closed by @CLOSE-FILE <file no.> or @CLOSE-FILE -2.

Example:

@OPEN-FILE OLE:DATA,RW
FILE NUMBER IS: 101
@SET-PERMANENT-OPENED 101
@CLOSE -1

The file OLE:DATA is still open.
