This template takes a Norsk Data Manual number and makes a link to it in the Documentation list. An optional string may be appended as a postfix ('Chapter 7' in the example below)

It is similar to Template:ND-doc, with the difference that it doesn't include 'Norsk Data Document' as a prefix string.
