ND enthusiast, arsenic digger and basically weird!
After a mammoth move in april 2009 and a donation in august I'm the proud caretaker of
- Two Nord-10 in bad condition (1 2)
- Twelve ND-110 satellites (1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12)
- Two ND-100 satellite 9 systems (1 2)
- A ND-100 compact
- Four ND-110 compact (1 2 3 4)
- One ND-5200 compact and one ND-5xxx compact (It depends on what I can put together)
- One ND-5xxx compact card cage without cards.
- A ND-100 in half rack
- A ND-500 and a filestore with SMB disks
- A ND-5700
- A ND-5700 without CPU
- A ND filestore with SCSI discs
- Two different tape drives
- Two ND 511 HAWK disks (CDC 9427H-R HAWK CDD, SMB, 10 Mbyte, also marked ND 31-304) in cabinets. (1 2)
- A ND 585 Phoenix disk (CDC 9448 CDD, SMB, 16+16 Mbyte) for rack mounting.
- A number of different disks
- ND 138-0633 Fujitsu b030-4740-T002A M2322K 8 inch disk drive (168 Mbyte with SMB interface)
- A ND butterfly
- A whole lot of various cards and other loose pieces
- Close to a ton of documentation
- A lot of different software.
- And a large number of terminals
But a collector never gets enough so what I'm looking for right now is :
- More information about the ND-5000 series of computers.
- More CPU:s to upgrade my ND-5700 system.
- A ND-5850 CPU or ND-5800 CPU.
- Hardware information about OWS, also known as the butterfly
- Microcode information for ND-110/ND-120 CPU:s
- More ND-10 and ND-50 hardware
Some of my ND projects beside this wiki
- Get a satellite up and running and connect it to the internet.
- Make a ND media reader to read old ND-media (floppies, disks, tapes)
- Make an extension to linux to be able to mount SINTRAN III partitions
