Errors

There is a read error on the floppy:

tingo@kg-t2$ dd if=/dev/fd1 of=./211067A02-XX-01D.image bs=1024
dd: /dev/fd1: Input/output error
183+0 records in

187392 bytes transferred in 37.378890 secs (5013 bytes/sec)

The resulting image is very small, and ndfs doesn't like it:

tingo@kg-t2$ ndfs -i ./211067A02-XX-01D.image

Note: FluxEngine reported 5 bad sectors when I imaged the floppy, so the files might be unusable, even if ndfs can extract them. Use at your own risk.
