My collection is spread out over a large area and several storages so I will be listening it at first after location and later on make a sorted list.

Placement is an internal name and number I use for keeping track of stuff. The format is <location>-<room>-<Shelf or box>. Each object will also receive an inventory number that is unique.

• <location> = AP : Apartment.
• <location> = SL : My current workshop and collection. Moving out of here during the winter.
• <location> = BA : Basement, an old storage and my new workshop.
• <location> = CO : My new storage and future storage of the main collection.
• <room> : Often just 01 but my apartment and main collection contains several rooms.
• <Shelf or box> : The number of a specific shelf or a box. An S at the beginning marks a shelf and a B a box.
• Software inventory numbers starts at 20000 and goes up
