	I had never heard anything about the existence of NORD-4 before, so that's very interesting. However, the Facebook ref is not visible to people not logged in on Facebook, and for those (like me) with no Facebook ~~precense~~ it'll forever be invisible.. is it possible to lift the core of that post out of there to somewhere else, or quote it somehow?
