@CREATE-VOLUME <volume name>, <device name> [, <unit>]
Create a new volume on magnetic tape. A volume is a labelled collection of files recorded on a reel of magnetic tape according to the ANSI standard.
; <volume name> : name to be written to the tape reel (maximum 6 alphanumeric characters).
; <device name> : choose MAG-TAPE-1 or MAG-TAPE-2.
; <unit> : number of magnetic tape station. Legal only if the system has more than one unit.

Rules:
#Permitted for all users.

Example:
