Append one or more copies of a file to a spooling queue.<br />
; <peripheral file name> : name of spooling device.<br />
; <file name> : the file to be appended.<br />
; <no. of copies> : (default = 1, decimal) number of copies to be output on the spooling device.<br />
; <text> : any printable characters terminated by an apostrophe. The text is printed on the error device when file output is started (no text is specified by an ').<br />
; <printing message?> : (default = NO) YES = wait for a @[[START-PRINT]] after printing <text>. This specification overrides @DEFINE-SPOOLING-CONDITIONS. NO = the text is printed on the error device only if @DEFINE-SPOOLING-CONDITIONS specifies print.<br />

One copy of the file F-1 is appended to the spooling queue to LINE-PRINTER. The message "MOUNT-FORM-1" is output on the error device before the printing starts. The spooling program the waits for @START-PRINT.<br />
