Rules:<br />
#Permitted only for users RT and SYSTEM.<br />
#@[[UNFIX]] must be executed before the [[RT loader]] can clear the segment.<br />
#<segment number> must be a nondemand segment.<br />

<br />
Segment 40 (octal) is fixed in memory starting at physical page 50 (octal), in effect address 120000 (octal).<br />
